Do you want to run a marathon for the first time, or do you want to be better prepared at the start than in a previous attempt? Then join our marathon course, where you should be able to run for an hour at the beginning. This course is also suitable for other autumn marathons, such as Berlin or New York, and includes training sessions at the Olympic Stadium, focusing on running technique, muscle strength, and overall fitness. In addition to weekly group training sessions, you will receive a personal schedule for training on your own.
